I saw this Jimmy Chamberlin Snare Drum (Signature) by Yamaha over at Musician's Friend. I want it!

This is from the bottom side of the Ludwig Black Beauty and I have the snares on here. I get a groove going after playing around with the snares for a few.

The Throw Off engages and disengages the snare wires from the bottom of a snare drum. The throw off also has an adjustment screw to change the tension of the snare wires.

A drum in which the shell is completely separate from the hardware. By keeping the shell in one solid piece this eliminates sound restriction, heightens projection,tone and clarity.
