Since both sticks are hitting at the same time on the first note I would say your performing what are called Swiss triplets. Once these get up in faster tempos mine usually break up into flams as well. But if the pattern is both/r/l, it is a swiss triplet. Tony Williams used these in a great way and I love the way your using them. You can sub them wherever triplets are used. Great stuff King!

Thanks Jason, once I get some spare time I'll add some more. And you're right, they are Swiss triplets. For some reason the Swiss and the French are doing their won things when it comes to drumming ;) I think it's great!
