Though I've been playing with a band for the last 5 years almost every weekend I've never been able to afford lessons. Thanks for your site and your time to create these online lessons. Today I begin my lessons.
Thanks

You're welcome! That's what DrummerConnection is all about. Are there any topics you would like us to cover in future lessons? Good luck & have fun!!

Billy this is very exciting for me to see that you are taking the time for us beginners out there as well. It is nice to know once I get my set that Im not just gonna be in the dark with learning this amazing instrument. Heres to hoping the tax return goes ok and I can take DrumFreaks set off his hands for him :P fingers crossed
Thanks Again,
Kyle

Hello Kyle,
My pleasure! I know it can be a bit overwhelming when you first get starting playing. Is there anything you would like me to cover in a future lesson??
Thanks,
Billy

Billy,
I am sure that I will end up having a lot of questions for you :P
The thing is at the moment all I have is a drum pad and i still dont know if I have to Pay the IRS or if they are paying me this year as I run my own business and taxes are not always taken out at the time the money comes in. I have the money to buy an electric kit from DrumFreak but I have to be responsible (blah) lol and wait and see If ima owe or not. If I dont drumset here I come !!!
I have waited to long and am not gonna wait any longer. If I did not live in an apartment I would buy a cheap used acoustic set somewhere.
If you have any tips/vids for some basics I could start practicing on my drum pad that would be awesome as well.
Thanks Again for everything you guys are doing here. It is an amazing service I hope more people realize, are able to take advantage of, and contribute to all at the same time.
Take Care !!
Kyle
