Not really....you just have to get use to feeling bars of 7. Check out my lesson on 7/8 if this gives you trouble!

I'v never really sat down and played to anything in 7/8. But surprisingly in alot of my playing, I have just naturally came out with some 7/8 stuff with out even thinking about it!
