Nice work cowboy! Very catchy melody with excellent balance of interaction between the instruments. I like the gat riffs and drums fills... not overly complex, but great choices and original. Excellent fidelity & dynamics in recording! If its not already there, you should post this on your profile audio links... Bobby

Thanks Bobby! I really didn't take much time throwing this one together. I feel my lead guitar is suspect at best lol. But i stumbled upon this idea by the way of the drop D on bass and then all the pieces came together. Obvisouly since I am a one-man band I have to do all the tracks one at a time. Also necessitated by only two inputs (1/4" and XLR). So the track order went like this:
- Drums
- Bass
- Rhythm Guitar
- Piano
- Lead Guitar
Like I said, I spent about 10 total working hours on it from record to master so I was as satisfied as I will be. The ending could be faded but I like the way it ends for now. Thanks again for the compliment. It's hard to think creatively when you think you've heard every chord pattern or song already lol.

Thanks Kyle. I always have been told my musical tastes are pretentious, hence the "copyright". The chords are simple. Gm, Bbm and Cm lol. I dislike complcations. ;)

Sometimes the most simple tracks say the most... sure some people can shred a 1000 notes in 2 minutes or bang out a cd's worth of notes in one song... yeah it's "impressive" but rarely sounds better than a well put together simple track you can listen to and just drift off because your not about to have a heart attack from the madness :P

I couldn't agree more. I see a band as ingredients being added to a dish. Too much of one makes the dish taste funny. Same in music. Too much noodling on bass, for example, makes the song sound funny.
