I picked up this really loud, but sweet Rythm Tech Studio Cowbell (5-inch) at Drums2Go during the Zildjian Road Show Clinic last week. Here's me breaking it in. Notice how close I had the Sony PCM-D50 during this recording. The audio is coming from the Sony PCM-D50 and I was not listening to anything while playing, I was only recording here. Talking about a sweet device. I had the Input Volume on the mics down to around 2.5 on the dial.

Damn, I can taste the warthm of them toms! IF you're not turning your speakers WAYYY UP then you're missing out. The audio on this recorded from the SONY PCM-D50 is incredible since the recorder was sitting ON THE SNARE DRUM! That shows it can pass the vibration test!!
